Cyril recently finished 4th at IRONMAN 70.3 Geelong and 3rd at IRONMAN New Zealand. Denis celebrated a fantastic season start by crossing the finish line of IRONMAN 70.3 Pays D'Aix on second place - only one second behind the winner. His next race will be IRONMAN Cairns, and he is hoping to gain enough points to qualify for Kona: "To be sure, I need to finish 6th in Cairns. If I get the Kona slot there, I will do another IRONMAN 70.3 race in July. If not, I will race the IRONMAN in Frankfurt. Then my schedule will be easy and I will be preparing for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Champs and Kona". Find out more about Cyril and Denis:
Taking the victory at Ironman 70.3 Ballarat recently, Denis is optimistic concerning next year: “I had strong races this year. I haven’t planned my 2017 season yet, but I want to race Kona and improve my 2016 ranking.”
Cyril, who won the Ironman 70.3 Vietnam, is also preparing for new goals in 2017: “I want to finish among the top five in Kona and to win at least one Ironman 70.3 race.”

They were working on an interesting story about a triathlete suspected of cheating at the IRONMAN Canada 2015 and therefore won the age group 5 minutes ahead of her competitors. Our video footage confirmed the suspicions and further demonstrated the value that professional imaging services in the form of photos & video can lend to an event.

Cyril finished 6th at the IRONMAN World Championship last year and won the IRONMAN UK in 2014. Denis won both the IRONMAN 70.3 Dublin and Mandurah 2015 and the IRONMAN Western Australia 2014. As a partner of Triathlon Business International we attended the conference that started with a typical Bavarian beer festival powered by Erdinger Urweisse which was not only appreciated by our American partners but all attendees.
The following conference days provided an interesting program including keynotes by Timo Bracht and Chris MacCormack. The panels brought up some informative discussions about sponsoring and the state of triathlon.
Quintana Roo presented the next generation in triathlon-specific bikes and introduced its racing machine PRfive.
The networking got to its peak in the "speed networking-sessions" that didn't leave any voice but a lot of new connections and business cards.

Thomas accomplished the IRONMAN Austria in 12:20 and now questions himself what is the harder way to attend an event: participating or working? The answer might be the latter - as you have the freedom to not operate businesswise when doing your 226 km. ;)

Our first race with FinisherPix was the Ironman 70.3 Switzerland in Rapperswil on 6th June 5 years ago. According to this we collected some interesting numbers that made us a little bit proud. For instance we travelled 3,2 million miles in 5 years - what corresponds to incredible 128.5 times around the world!

We were at the 2015 Running USA Conference in New Orléans. Laissez les bon temps roulez.
Once a year we join the industry conference Running USA to meet with partners, learn about new trends and features and find out what we can do even better for our clients and customers.
This year it took place in New Orleans were the Mardi Gras has already left its marks.
1) Instead of preparing your protein shake the first thing in the morning - what about making her a coffee? You know, this one brown drink normal people have for breakfast?
2) "You are the most wonderful thing that has ever crossed my way." Say it to her instead of to your bike. Only one time. Please.
3) Don't ask her to iron your wetsuite.
4) Move the bike out of your sleeping room. The living room is save enough too. And no - that doesn't mean you should move to the sofa.
5) You have more pairs of shoes than she does. Really? Give her the feeling that she is the girl.
6) When planning your next vacations don't think of Lanzarote/Fuerteventura/Mallorca/Kona and your bike.
7) Sex is NO training! Don't even dare putting your Garmin on!
8) Please make sure your legs aren't shaved more smoothly than hers.
9) "Not now, honey, I have an early swimming unit tomorrow morning." NO!
10) "Do you think we could postpone our wedding? There's this race I've signed up for yesterday... No? What about calling the priest to the finish line?... " Really?
